Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces linguine or fettuccine pasta
  • 2½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot or skillet over medium low heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  3. Add chicken broth, milk and cream. Bring to low boil. Add pasta and gently boil until tender, 15-20 minutes while stirring the noodles several times.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan Cheese until melted.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
